Installation of all HVAC/mechanical: air handling units, RTU kitchen units, cooling units, fans, VAV's, dampers, fire dampers, supply, return, exhaust - double & single walled ducts with insulation , vents diffusers and hangers. Installation of all plumbing: cold water, hot water, return water, 140 degree supply, 140 degree return lines, insulation as needed, valves, gravity drains, vents, reserve tanks and water heaters. Installation of all Medical Gas: vacuum pump, vacuum lines, Oxygen lines and valve as needed.
