MEDIC AIR SYSTEMS INC.

HVAC, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND MEDICAL GAS CONTRACTOR

Medic Air Construction Employees ,

With June comes more rain, higher temperatures, and the start of Hurricane season.   I attached some refreshers about heat illness and staying hydrated.  It takes time to get acclimated to this heat. Please keep this in mind with any new hires, or workers that have not been working outside recently.  Pace yourselves, and be smart about when you do certain tasks.  Keep hydrated and full of electrolytes to help you make it through the day. This Florida heat can kill.  Be safe, and be smart.
Also, please keep in mind, that no matter what kind of mask you are wearing, it will restrict your breathing, and make it seem even hotter and harder to breath. More breaks may be required.

Please read one meeting a week to your guys and have them sign it.  If another issue is more important to cover on your specific jobsite, please let me know, and write it in the notes section.  If any training needs to be done also let me know. Thank you and be safe out there.
