3D MEP Coordination Drawings

77,130sq ft. - 120 bed rehabilitation hospital.

Coordinate with fire sprinkler, electrical and Plumbing contractors using 3D MEP coordination software to develop a optimum design within a designated budget.

Installation of all HVAC/mechanical: air handling units, RTU kitchen units, cooling units, fans, VAV's, dampers, fire dampers, supply, return, exhaust - double & single walled ducts with insulation , vents diffusers and hangers.
