3D MEP Coordination Drawings

45,125sq ft. - 77 bed rehabilitation hospital.

Coordinate with fire sprinkler, electrical and HVAC/Mechanical contractors using 3D MEP coordination software to develop a optimum design within a designated budget.

Installation of all plumbing: cold water, hot water, return water, 140 degree supply, 140 degree return lines, insulation as needed, valves, gravity drains, vents, reserve tanks and water heaters.

Installation of all Medical Gas: vacuum pump, vacuum lines, Oxygen lines and valve as needed.
